Responsibilities
  • Accurately input patient information, medical histories, and treatment records into the electronic database.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient data in accordance with healthcare privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in records.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
  • Assist in the digitization and integration of paper-based records into the electronic system.
  • Provide support in generating reports and statistical summaries based on the stored data.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of basic healthcare procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
